Return & Refund Policy

At The Watch Vault, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
The watch must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
